File Format
Before saving your file, please make sure it is set to sRGB rather than RGB. This can be done quickly in Photoshop. Open your file, then go to Edit > Convert to Profile. A window will appear showing the source space, which is the file’s current colour profile, and the destination space, which is the profile you want to convert it to. From the drop-down menu, select sRGB IEC61966-2.1, then click OK. Please also ensure that all files are saved in JPEG format.
ICC Paper Profiles

Simply click the icon below to begin downloading.

Fuji Lustre

Installing Paper Profiles

Windows: Right-click the downloaded ICC profile and choose Install Profile from the menu.

Mac: Copy the ICC profiles into the Profiles folder. You can find this by going to Finder > Go > Computer > [Your HD] > Library > ColorSync > Profiles.

Paper profiles are not required, but they can help improve shadow detail in your prints and reduce unwanted colour casts in your images.

Please note: We do not apply any sharpening or colour correction to your file.

Screen Calibration

It is very important to make sure your monitor is properly calibrated before editing images or ordering prints and products from us.

Screens are often set too bright, which can make your image appear lighter on screen than it will in print. This may result in your finished print looking darker than expected. For the most accurate results, we recommend using a screen calibration device such as SpyderX or i1Display Studio.

iMacs and other Apple devices with built-in displays are generally very good and often do not need full calibration. However, they usually default to a very bright screen setting. For a closer print match, go to your display settings and move the brightness slider to around the middle.
