What Are The Steps To Create A Yearbook For The Whole Class?

Creating a school yearbook can be a fun process and a great way to connect with the other parents from the class. The steps we recommend once you have volunteered to organize the book are:

1 - Contact the parents to ask for the photos. We recommend giving everyone a guideline to the content that you would like to receive; for example, you could send a message saying: “Hi, I am in the process of organizing a yearbook for this year’s class; please could you send me 2 - 4 photos of your child in school to be included together with a short description of their time at school, for example ‘Toby loved his time at the Willows, he came in a baby and left a proud young man. He will miss the wonderful teachers and all his friends, an of course the ice cream van on a Friday.’

2 - Once you have received the photos and text, you can easily upload them to your photo book by clicking the ‘customize’ button on this page. You don’t have to complete the book all at once; simply click ‘save’ after you have completed each page, and you can design in your own time.

3 - Place your order, and we will deliver the yearbooks to your door in 3 - 4 working days. You can then give the books to the grateful parents in your own time.
